Bupati Batu Bara - Ir. H. Zahir, M.AP menerima penghargaan tertinggi Manggala Karya Kencana (MKK) Tahun 2021 dari Kepala Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional Republik Indonesia (BKKBN-RI). Di Aula Rumah Dinas Bupati Tanjung Gading Kecamatan Sei Suka. Senin (28/06/2021).
Penghargaan diberikan secara virtual. Yang diberikan secara langsung oleh Kepala BKKBN dr. Hasto Wardoyo, Sp.OG(K).
Manggala Karya Kencana adalah penghargaan tertinggi yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Pusat melalui BKKBN kepada sosok yang dinilai mempunyai dedikasi tinggi terhadap program pengendalian penduduk.
Bupati Batu Bara Ir. H. Zahir, M.AP selama dua tahun terakhir dianggap berhasil dalam intervensi program pembangunan kependudukan, keluarga berencana dan pembangunan keluarga di Kabupaten Batu Bara.
Menanggapi hal ini, Bupati Batu Bara Zahir menyampaikan Terima kasih kepada Kepala BKKBN RI Bapak dr. Hasto Wardoyo yang telah memberikan Penghargaan tertinggi Manggala Karya Kencana ini.
Penghargaan ini merupakan kerja keras dan kerja sama antara Pemkab Batu Bara melalui Dinas KB dan masyarakat Kabupaten Batu Bara. Ujarnya
