Dinas Kesehatan PPKB Kabupaten Batu Bara menghimbau kepada masyarakat agar melakukan 3M Plus yakni : PSN 3M Plus dilakukan dengan cara :
1) Menguras dan menyikat tempat-tempat penampungan air,
2) Menutup rapat-rapat tempat penampungan air,
3) Memanfaatkan atau mendaur ulang barang-barang bekas yang dapat menampung air hujan (M3).
Dengan kegiatan Plus lainnya antara lain : mengganti air vas bunga, tempat minum burung atau tempat tempat lainnya sejenis seminggu sekali, memperbaiki saluran dan talang air yang tidak lancer/rusak, Menutup lubang-lubang pada potongan bambu/pohon dan lain lain, dan menabur bubuk larvasida, memasang kawat kasa serta mengupayakan pencahayaan dan ventilasi ruang yang memadai.
Pesan Kunci : Tetap Lakukan PSN secara rutin dan Satu Rumah Satu JUMANTIK (Juru Pemantau Jentik). (Bidang P2P)
